How The Up Project Serves
Our Community
The Up Project exists to walk alongside individuals and families facing instability by helping them move toward lasting independence. We focus on identifying the real gaps in our local system of care and responding with practical, dignity-centered solutions that meet people where they are.
Rather than duplicating existing services, we work collaboratively with community partners, nonprofits, faith organizations, and civic leaders to strengthen what is already in place. Our role is to connect, support, and advocate — ensuring vulnerable populations are aware of and able to access the resources designed to help them succeed.
As we listen, learn, and assess the most pressing needs in our community, The Up Project is committed to building thoughtful, sustainable pathways forward — rooted in education, workforce readiness, and stability — so individuals are empowered not just to survive, but to thrive.
What We Do
We connect to stability through coordinated services, education and workplace pathways that lead to lasting independence.
Coordinated Support Services
We coordinate access to essential services by helping individuals navigate housing, healthcare, benefits, and community resources. Our role is to reduce barriers, close gaps, and ensure people receive the support they need at the right time.
